electric bus real helpfulness excellent breakfast

the location was excellent! the electric bus stops right outside, and it takes you into the city center. the staff showed real helpfulness, this added to the stay. breakfast was very good, it made the mornings pleasant.

the bedroom window faced a canal, though opening it let in some noise.

the staff met us in the car park and took our suitcase to our room. they told us we had a free upgrade to a room with a canal view. the view from the window was fine, and the room felt spacious and comforting.

the minibar in our room wasn't as cold as i hoped.

bathroom staining audible noise

the location proved quite convenient.

The room allocated was not up to standard. There was noticeable staining on the bathroom tiles, indicating a lapse in thorough cleaning. the noise level was also problematic. Sounds from adjacent rooms and hallway activity were easily audible. this disturbance impacted the overall sense of privacy and quiet i expect.
